Using the gateway
The AFIS 2026 gateway supports summit registration, accreditation, delegate services and communication with the summit team. Use it for your own participation or, where authorised, to assist another delegate.
Registration and accounts
Provide accurate contact and registration details and keep them up to date. Registration is subject to review by the summit team. Submitting a registration does not itself confirm approval or access to a service.
Keep your password private and report suspected misuse through the Helpdesk. Staff accounts and permissions are assigned by the system administrator.
Digital passes and service access
A pass belongs to its named delegate. Do not share, sell or alter a credential, or use another person's pass. Summit staff may check the current credential record and the holder's identity.
Access depends on approval, an active credential, the guest category and the service rules. Opening hours and daily usage limits may apply. Replaced or revoked credentials no longer provide access.
Travel and external services
Category access to a summit service does not by itself book a flight, hotel, visa, transport provider or tourism activity. Confirm separate arrangements with the relevant organiser or provider. External websites and providers have their own terms, fees and policies.
Support and communications
Use support requests to ask questions and follow progress. Keep messages relevant and respectful. The delegate portal shows replies and status updates; email notifications depend on the organiser's communications setup and successful delivery.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another person's account, bypass service limits, interfere with verification, submit harmful content or disrupt the gateway. The summit team may restrict access or revoke a pass where necessary to address misuse or protect event operations.
Changes and questions
The summit team may update event information, service availability and these terms. The latest version will be available on this page. Contact the Helpdesk for assistance, and read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
